Traffic management is a key support service within a logistics package, and will be crucial in the success of any project. Traffic management is the process of coordinating and managing all traffic that enters and leaves a construction site.

The creation of a Traffic Management Delivery Plan will focus on various invested parties including a substantial interface with pedestrians, public traffic and site deliveries and other projects within the area. The traffic management plan will be proactive in its application and will manage and maintain the flow of traffic of the project. This will be the first filter, ensuring that vehicular movements are planned before arriving in the worksite area, thereby reducing potential congestion and vehicle movements in the area.

The implementation of the TMDP is via the fully trained traffic marshals who will be stationed at each gate to work in conjunction with the security guards to safely facilitate the access and egress of vehicles onto site.
